Local Rule 2003-1: Adjourning § 341 Meetings

2003-1 Adjourning § 341 Meetings. All requests to reschedule § 341 meetings must be made to the United States trustee in chapter 11 cases and to the trustee in chapter 7, 12, and 13 cases at least seven (7) days before the scheduled meeting. If the trustee agrees, the requesting party must immediately file and serve a notice to all creditors and parties in interest of the new meeting date and time, together with a certificate of service. The trustee may continue a § 341 meeting from time to time by announcing the continuance(s) at the regularly scheduled meeting; no further notice is required, but the appropriate trustee must promptly make a docket entry in the case of the new meeting date and time.
