3017-1 Notice of Confirmation Hearing in Chapter 11 Small Business Cases. The debtor in a chapter 11 small business case (including a subchapter V case) shall, within three (3) business days after filing the plan and disclosure statement (or a plan in a subchapter V case), contact the courtroom deputy for the assigned judge to request a confirmation hearing.
