Local Rule 2014-1: Employment of Professionals

Rule 2014-1 Employment of Professionals An application for an order approving the employment of a professional person, with a verified statement as required by Rule 2014 attached, may be granted by the Court ex parte if the applicant files a certificate evidencing service of the application and the verified statement on the United States trustee and any case trustee. If the Court requires that the applicant serve the application on all interested parties, the applicant must serve the application and verified statement in accordance with LBR 2002-1(B).
