Rule 7055-2 Failure to Prosecute If no action has been taken in any adversary case by a party for three (3) consecutive months, or if a case is not at issue by that time, the Court may dismiss the case for lack of prosecution on 30-days notice to counsel of record and to any unrepresented party if that party's address is known.
