Local Rule 8006-1: Transcripts - Appeal

Rule 8006-1 Transcripts - Appeal A party to an appeal who has designated a transcript as part of the record on appeal must file a copy of the transcript with the bankruptcy court and with the appropriate appellate court. The party shall attach to the copy of the transcript, an affidavit by the transcriber attesting, under oath, that the transcript is a true and correct copy of the hearing record.
