Rule 9011-2 Pro Se Parties An individual proceeding without an attorney is expected to read and be familiar with these Local Bankruptcy Rules, the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and the Federal Rules of Evidence, as appropriate in the case. Copies of these rules are available for review at the Office of the Clerk of the Bankruptcy Court and on line at the bankruptcy court's website located at www.wyb.uscourts.gov.

Every pro se party is under a continuing duty to notify the clerk, in writing, of any change of address or telephone number. Any notice mailed to the last address of record of a pro se party will be deemed sufficient notice.
