Local Rule 9013-3: Certificate of Service
Bankr. D. Wyo. — General rule
Rule 9013-3 Certificate of Service Certificates of service must state the name and address of the attorney or party served, the capacity in which the person was served, and the manner and date of service. The certificate must be filed within seven (7) days of service.
Certificates evidencing service on all parties listed on the official court mailing list must have a copy of that list attached per LBR 2002-1(B)(3).
