Local Rule 1006-1: FILING FEE

RULE 1006-1 FILING FEE The filing fee must be paid by an attorney's office or trust account, check, cash, money order, or preapproved credit card. Documents filed electronically require payment on-line by credit card at the time of filing. If paid by check, there should be a separate check for each petition or item filed. Direct payments from debtors may only be by cash, cashier's check or money order – no personal checks, credit cards or debit cards from debtors will be accepted.
