About This Court

The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Florida is a unit of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida, operating within the Eleventh Circuit. The court has jurisdiction over bankruptcy cases filed in the northern region of Florida, covering the panhandle and surrounding areas including counties such as Leon, Escambia, Bay, and Alachua, among others.
