Local Rule 3018-1 Ballot Report Contents and Filing of a Ballot Report. Any proponent of a Chapter 11 plan shall file a ballot report that tabulates acceptances and/or rejections of the plan. The plan proponent shall retain copies of all ballots for a period of four years. Copies of the ballots shall be made available for review upon order of the court. The report shall be filed with the Clerk of Court not later than three business days prior to the hearing on confirmation. If ballots are filed on the docket, the ballot report shall indicate the docket number of each ballot.
