Local Rule 3021-1 Authorization of Pro Rata Monthly Payments to Secured Creditors in Chapter 13 Cases Payments to Secured Creditors. The debtor and the Chapter 13 trustee shall be deemed to be in compliance with the requirements of 11 U.S.C. § 1325(a)(5)(B)(iii) as long as the trustee makes regular monthly payments to each affected secured creditor on a pro rata basis in amounts that are sufficient to provide adequate protection.
