Local Rule 5009-1 Trustee's Duty to File Final Report Final Report for Dismissed or Converted Cases. In the event a Chapter 7, 11, 12, or 13 case is dismissed or converted to a case under a different chapter of the Code, the trustee in the original case will not be required to file a Final Report unless funds or assets are received by the trustee.
