Local Rule 9013-3 Motions to Seal Motions to Seal. Motions seeking to file documents under seal, other than motions pursuant to Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 9037 and Local Rule 9037-1, shall be submitted pursuant to the procedures established by the applicable local rule (currently LCvR 6.1) of the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina and should satisfy the requirements of 11 U.S.C. § 107.
