JUDGMENT ORDER
After considering the contentions raised by appellant, to-wit, that the court erred: (1) in refusing to charge on the testimony of an accomplice as requested by appellant; (2) in admitting hearsay testimony of a witness; and (3) in refusing to grant a motion of acquittal on the theory of insufficiency of evidence, it is ADJUDGED AND ORDERED that the judgment of the district court be and is hereby affirmed.
