ORDER OR JUDGMENT ORDER After consideration of all contentions raised by the appellant and concluding that this court has no jurisdiction because the appeal is premature, see Griggs v. Provident Consumer Discount Co., 459 U.S. 56 (1982), it is ADJUDGED AND ORDERED that the appeal be and is hereby dismissed without prejudice to the filing of a timely appeal.
Costs taxed against appellant.
