Rule 1.1 Scope of the Rules; Citation These rules apply to all proceedings in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida. But they apply to proceedings in the Bankruptcy Court only when not inconsistent with the Bankruptcy Court's own local rules. These rules may be cited as "N.D. Fla. Loc. R." Administrative orders that govern matters not addressed in these rules are available on the District's website.
