Local Rule 77.5: Marshal to Attend Court
N.D. Fla. — General rule
Rule 77.5 Marshal to Attend Court Unless excused by the presiding judge, the United States Marshal of this District, or deputy, or, as an alternative in civil cases only, a court security officer, shall be in attendance during all sessions of any kind conducted in open court.
