Rule 125 Testimony on Hearing Exceptions to Account

When a guardian or trustee manages money or property for someone else, they must give a formal accounting of what they did with it. If someone disagrees with that accounting, they can file "exceptions," which is basically a formal objection.

When the court holds a hearing on those objections, the process works the same way as any other court case. Both sides can present witnesses and evidence, and a judge will hear everything directly.
