Rule 85 Title

This is simply the official name for the set of rules used in Delaware's Court of Chancery. When lawyers or judges refer to these rules in court documents, they call them the "Court of Chancery Rules."

That's the whole rule. It exists so everyone uses the same name when referencing these rules in legal papers.
