In Delaware's Superior Court, there is only one type of lawsuit for civil cases. It is simply called a "civil action." You do not need to worry about choosing between different types of lawsuits or legal forms when filing your case.

This keeps things simple. No matter what your civil dispute is about, it falls under this one category.
