Rule 3.430 Jury Not Recallable to Hear Additional Evidence

Once the jury leaves to decide their verdict, that's it. The judge cannot bring them back into the courtroom to hear any new evidence.

This protects the fairness of the trial. Both sides had their chance to present evidence before the jury started deliberating, and the process must stop there.
