Rule 7.135 Summary Disposition

If both sides show up to a pretrial meeting and there is nothing left to argue about, the judge can decide the case right then and there. The judge does not have to schedule a full trial if the facts are clear and there is no real dispute.

This can happen at the pretrial conference or at any later hearing. The judge will simply issue an order or judgment on the spot to resolve the case.
