Rule 6.400 Clerk to Prepare and Send Reports

The clerk of the court or the traffic violations bureau is responsible for filling out and sending any required paperwork to the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles.

If you are a driver involved in a traffic case, you do not need to worry about sending these reports yourself. The court handles this part of the process on your behalf.
