Rule 16-4 Use of Recording Devices in Business Court Chambers

If you are meeting with the judge in their private office (called "chambers"), you cannot record the conversation on your phone or any other device. You must get the judge's permission first before you record anything.

If you want to record a meeting in chambers, ask the judge ahead of time. Do not assume that permission will be given, and do not start recording and ask for approval later.
