Rule 3-12 Filing of Transcripts

When a court hearing or proceeding is recorded and written up as a transcript, it must be filed with the court following Georgia's standard legal requirements.

The court clerk does not have to store or keep these transcripts in a bound book or on microfilm. This gives the Business Court more flexibility in how it stores and manages transcripts compared to older filing methods.
