Rule 9-2 Pre-Trial Order

Before your pre-trial conference, both sides must work together to write up a pre-trial order and submit it to the court. This document must be filed at least five business days before the conference date.

The court has a standard form for this order on its website, and your document needs to follow that format closely. The judge can change this deadline or these requirements if the situation calls for it.
