§ 9-11-82 [Jurisdiction and Venue Unaffected]

The rules in Georgia's Civil Practice Act only control how court cases are handled, not where they can be filed or which court has the power to hear them.

Those questions, like which court can take your case or what county is the right place to file, are decided by other laws, not by these procedural rules.
