Rule 3 Due Date.

If your deadline to file something falls on a weekend, a holiday, or a day when the court clerk's office is unexpectedly closed, you get extra time. Your new deadline becomes the next regular business day the office is open.

This extension applies to all types of filings, including motions for reconsideration. So if a snowstorm or other emergency forces the clerk's office to close, you will not miss your deadline because of it.
