Rule 33.1 Number of Judges.

When your case goes to the Georgia Court of Appeals, a small group of judges called a division will handle it. You do not automatically get all the judges on the court to hear your case.

In rare situations, a case can be heard by all the available judges on the court at once. This is called "en banc" review, and it only happens when the court approves it for special cases.
