Rule 34 Reporting of Opinions.

When the Georgia Court of Appeals decides a case, it usually publishes its opinion so the public can read it. However, the court can choose not to publish certain opinions.

Even when an opinion is not published, the court still keeps a record of it. The official records will show that the case existed, who wrote the opinion, and which judges took part in the decision.
