§ 17-14-30 Definitions
Chapter 14. Restitution and Distribution of Profits to Victims of Crimes
Rule Text
As used in this article, the term:
(1) “Board” means the Board of Corrections.
(2) “Convicted person” includes a person found not guilty by reason of insanity.
