Chapter 22. Wrongful Conviction and Incarceration Compensation
Rule Text
The Office of State Administrative Hearings, through the chief state administrative law judge, shall have the power to promulgate any rules and regulations and establish any procedures that are necessary to carry out, and are not inconsistent with, the provisions of this chapter.
