Rule 10.2 Program Guidelines

Courts that have a citizen review panel program must keep an up-to-date copy of the Program Guidelines on file. This copy is stored in the clerk's office.

Anyone who wants to read the guidelines can ask to see them during regular court hours. The court must make the guidelines available when someone requests them.
