Rule 16.2 Withdrawal of Counsel

Attorneys who represent children or families in juvenile court cases follow the same rules for quitting a case as attorneys in regular superior court cases.

If your lawyer wants to stop representing you in a juvenile court case, they must follow the steps set out in Superior Court Rule 4.3. You should look at that rule to understand what your lawyer has to do before they can leave your case.
