Rule 2.1 Judge

When these rules say "judge," they mean the judge who handles juvenile court cases under Georgia law. This covers all types of judges who work in juvenile court.

It does not matter if a judge works full-time, part-time, or in a temporary role. All of these judges must follow the same rules unless a specific rule says otherwise.
