Rule 21.5 Distribution of Objection

When someone files an objection to a child's placement change, the court clerk must share that objection right away with everyone who has a right to know about it.

This means all parties involved in the case, along with anyone else who is supposed to receive notices, will get a copy of the objection without delay.
