Rule 4.1 Education/Certification Committee

The Council of Juvenile Court Judges keeps a special committee focused on education and certification. The President of the Council picks who leads this committee.

This committee decides whether judges and associate judges in juvenile court have met the required training and certification standards. It also handles requests from judges who need extra time to meet those requirements.
