Rule 24.1 Dismissal of Warrant

Only a magistrate court can dismiss a warrant that was issued by that court. This must happen before the case moves to a committal hearing or gets transferred to another court.

If you have a warrant from a magistrate court and want it dismissed, you must go through that same magistrate court. You cannot ask a different court to dismiss it at this stage.
