Rule 29.2 Removal From Calendar

Only a judge can take a case off the court's schedule. This means that if you want your case postponed or removed from the calendar, you cannot do it yourself or ask the court clerk to handle it.

If you need more time or have a reason your case should not be heard on its scheduled date, you must ask the judge directly. Do not assume your case has been moved unless the judge has approved it.
