Rule 41 Summary Judgment

In magistrate court, you cannot file a motion for summary judgment. If someone tries to file one, the court will treat it as if it was never filed at all.

This means that if you want to win your case, you have to go through the regular court process. You cannot try to get the case dismissed early by arguing there are no facts in dispute.
