Rule 1.4 Deviation.

The municipal court rules apply the same way in every courtroom. Courts cannot simply create their own local versions of these rules.

However, a judge can make an exception in a specific case if needed. To do this, the judge must issue a written order explaining why the change is necessary. That order must also be sent to all lawyers or any parties representing themselves in the case.
