Rule 11.9 Pooling of Recording Devices.

If multiple people want to record a court proceeding, the judge can require them to share one recording device instead of each using their own. This is called "pooling."

When pooling is required, the people or news organizations who want to record must work together to set up a shared recording arrangement. The judge must approve how they set it up before recording begins.
