Rule 19.1 Dismissal of Warrant.

Only a municipal court can dismiss its own warrants. No other court or official has the power to cancel a warrant before a hearing, trial, or transfer to another court.

If you have an active warrant from a municipal court, you need to go through that same court to get it dismissed. You cannot go to a different court to have it removed.
