Rule 4.7 Limitation of access -- amendments.

A court order that limits who can see certain court records can be changed later. This is true even after the order has already been put in place.

Either the court that first issued the order or the Supreme Court can make changes to it. A judge can do this on their own, or any person can ask the court to make a change if they have a good reason. Before any changes are made, everyone who is part of the case must be told about it, and the court will hold a hearing.
