Rule 36.15 Assessment of Costs–Criminal

If you are found guilty of a criminal offense in state court, you will have to pay at least $50 in court costs. This is the minimum amount, no matter how minor the offense.

Any extra fees or surcharges required by law will be added on top of that $50. So your total costs could end up being more than the minimum amount.
