Rule 1.3 Repeal of Earlier "Rules of the Superior Court"

The old set of Superior Court rules that were written into Georgia law (sections 24-3301 through 24-3389) are no longer in effect. These older rules have been replaced and officially canceled.

If you are involved in a case in a Georgia Superior Court, you do not need to worry about those old rules. The current Uniform Superior Court Rules are what govern how cases are handled now.
