Rule 35.2 Sentencing and Sentence Review

When a judge gives someone a criminal sentence in Superior Court, they must follow Georgia state law found in OCGA § 17-10-1 and the laws that follow it. These laws explain how sentences are decided and how a person can ask for their sentence to be reviewed.
