Rule 43.2 Administration of the Program

The Council of Superior Court Judges is the only group responsible for running the mandatory continuing education program for superior court judges in Georgia.

This means that no other organization or government body has authority over how this education program is set up or managed. The Council handles all the details of making the program work.
