Rule 43.5 Exemptions

The Council of Superior Court Judges has a special committee that handles requests from judges who want to be excused from the mandatory continuing education requirements.

If a judge cannot meet the required training hours, they can ask this committee to grant an exemption. The committee will review the request and decide whether to approve it.
