Rule 8.6 Special Settings

Judges prefer not to schedule special court dates just for one case. The normal process is for cases to get in line and be heard in the regular order that the court has set up.

If you are hoping to get your case moved to a special date outside the normal schedule, do not count on it being approved. Courts want to treat all cases the same way and keep things moving fairly for everyone.
